The meme looks fine. That’s what’s wrong with it.

One X user gave George Costanza a beard, and the internet spent a week casting him as Duke Nukem, Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Thing, and a cyberpunk. Someone even deepfaked Jerry and George discussing peptide-inspired self-improvement. The Journal.ie called the whole pile “familiar enough to be recognisable, yet hollow enough that it wasn’t as funny as the real thing.”

Old AI slop announced itself with melted hands and garbled text. This generation clears the bar. The hollowness is the only tell now, and catching it requires you to stop scrolling, which the content is built to prevent.

Nine seasons, George turned doing nothing into an art form. The software skips the art.
